Todd has led an amazing life. For over 25 years, Todd had a successful life in the music and entertainment business. Working for such entertainment powerhouses as The Walt Disney Company, Universal, Hard Rock International and Warner Brothers, the former rock and roll front-man considers himself a survivor...From singer/songwriter/producer to tour managing major label acts, he has truly done, and seen it all. During his years on the road, Todd was fortunate to travel extensively and experience many parts of the world. Although his travels were extremely exciting, he always felt that something was missing. That "something" turned out not to be a thing at all, but a place - and after years on the road,  Todd finally made his home in Nashville, where he lived for many years.

Todd now makes his home Rutherford County with his amazing wife Tina and beautiful daughter Emma. Yes Marriage, and fatherhood, was a dramatic life change and prompted him to make the transition from "The Biz" to real estate, and his love for Nashville made it a natural fit. It was his transition to family life and finding exactly the right home in which his family would build their memories that gave Todd the inspiration to move into real estate.  Todd’s local expertise and passion for helping others find their places of peace and happiness, as well as his ability to connect with a wide rage of clientele is matched only by his understanding of the specialized needs of his clients.Todd holds accreditations in buyer representation, senior real estate specialist, e-pro and new construction.
